What are the delivery terms?
Marinautix shipping terms for in-stock items are Ex Works (EXW). We can provide assistance in regards to recommending a freight forwarder but will be unable to handle logistics or cover any costs and/or fees.
What is the warranty Policy?
Marinautix stands behind the items it sells. Please note replacements or refunds will not be issued if the cause of defect is not manufacturers fault which includes but not limited to user error, general wear and tear, incorrect installations etc.
Warrant Policy Inside U.A.E:
Once confirmed that the item is factory defective, it will be replaced or refunded, whichever the customer prefers.
Warrant Policy Outside U.A.E:
Once confirmed that the item is factory defective, a credit note will be issued to the customer for future purchases. If we need the item, Marinautix will bear the expense of shipping the goods.
What is the return & Cancelation Policy?
Return Policy
We do not accept any returns of items once the purchase has been completed.
Cancellation Policy
If the buyer cancels an order after production has started, services have begun, or goods have been partially/fully delivered, the Company may, at its sole discretion, charge the full or partial price. No refunds will be issued for any amount already paid.
